Our full-time, part-time and PRN staff are competent, compassionate individuals who provide expert professional care and support, meeting the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals and families affected by chronic or terminal illness, death and grief.
Available Positions
Fulltime Nurses
Experienced RNs needed now for home care case management, weekend on-call,
and at the Hospice House inpatient facility in Landrum, SC, which will open in
December ’08. Must have current RN license in state of residence. Experience in
geriatrics or end-of-life care preferred. Nurses with CHPN certification
encouraged to apply.
Fulltime CNAs
Experienced CNAs for home care and the Hospice House inpatient facility
in Landrum, SC, which will open in December ’08. Must have CNA certification
in both NC and SC. Experience in geriatrics or end-of-life care preferred.
Full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
This person will work closely with Medical Director to provide consultative palliative care services for individualized symptom management and quality of life issues. Must be certified as family, geriatric, or adult nurse practitioner. Minimum of 2 years experience as nurse practitioner, preferably in palliative medicine, geriatrics, or end of life care. Excellent skills needed in written and verbal communication, problem solving, logic and reasoning, organization and leadership ability.
