The Hospice Library

A Community Resource
Our library has a growing and varied inventory of books, videos, cassettes, CDs, and DVDs. Topics include the medical and spiritual aspects of hospice and end-of-life care; information on specific illnesses such as ALS and Alzheimer’s; and the grieving involved with death and dying.

Education and Entertainment
In addition to educational materials, there are also items (music, movies, etc.) which can be checked out for patients’ entertainment. The library is open Monday—Friday from 8:30 to 5:00. Its resources are used frequently by staff and volunteers, but anyone in the community is welcome to come in and sign out whatever they wish.

We have a particular need for more materials in Spanish. If you would like to make a donation to help increase our library’s resources, please click here.
